Poured a slightly hazy gold with a white quikly fading head. Aroma of citrus and herbs. Tastes nice and malty but is still crisp and refreshing, has a lemony bready flavor. Also has some gently carbonation helping to balance the beer.

Bottled. Pours a deep garnet color with a billowy ivory head. Fruity aroma with some sweetness. Malty and nutty with a cereal-like quality to the malt. Actually, it tastes very similar to Shredded Wheat sans the milk.

Some distinct "wheat" characteristics in this lager. Grassiness, lemony notes, citrus hints, light floral hopping, etc. Quite interesting and refreshing in a summery sort of way, in much the same as a typical wheat might be.

Medium gold with a slight haze. The large white head has medium sized bubbles. The aroma is light and grassy with a hint of mild apples. The taste has some light grass and potatoes along with some malt out of a malt chocoalte candy. This is decent.

Bottle. Golden color with foamy head. Hoppy aroma with some maltiness as well. Nice sweet flavor. An easy drinking brew. Pretty good.

Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - AUG 17, 2005
Bright yellow with steady carbonation and a short-lived frothy white head, this has a sweet grainy aroma that’s almost masked by the floral hops. Almost creamy in the mouth, it has a sweet, malt taste with a spritz of lemon and a floral/herbal hop bitterness that’s near Pilsener in strength. This refreshing brew has a snappy, crisp finish. Nice.

Bottle. Small white head, pale-orange color, and quite hazy. Sweet sucrose aroma and slightly malty. Sweet, full, and malty flavor. Nice for style.

Light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, slightly floral hops. A medium bodied dort/helles. Malts are fruity and sweet with some floral hops. Hops are floral and herbal. Smooth taste. A light and refreshing summer beer. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

hotstuff (4403) - Indiana, USA - APR 19, 2005
Bottle. Poured a large white frothy head that was mostly lasting, excellent lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, carbonated, transparent, and a straw yellow hue. Aroma was malty, musty and skunky. Flavor was malty. Mouthfeel was smooth, thin and dry. Light-medium body. Unimpressive.

thedm (5140) - Fort Wayne, USA - MAR 31, 2005
This bottled brew marked batch L4145 poured a large sized head of white colored foamy finely sized long lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent light yellow orange colored carbonated body and a fair lace. The aroma contained notes of malts hops and some slightly skunky dirty sock notes. The mouth feel was mild and tingly from start to finish with a mild malt hop aftertaste. Its thin flavor was unremarkable.
