Bottle 50cl. Fresh, yummy, tasty. This is how a Weissbier should taste like. Wonderful light-footed, balanced brew. Colour is a little bit too pale in my opinion.

Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance, little white head. Lemony aroma with thin yeast and banana, some spicy note also comes up. Medium bodied. Flavor is more flowery with yeast here as well, aftertaste dries with even some rubbery note.

Közepesen sötét, narancsos sárga színe van és olyan átláthatatlan, mint egy erősen rostos narancslé. Habja hatalmas, fehér, tömör és kemény mint egy szikla és olyan stabil is. Illata igen citrusos, élesztős és kissé szegfűszeges. Ízében is a citrusos aromák dominálnak, kissé teás, amihez társul egy adag búzamaláta és egy kis adag komló is. Könnyű teste van elég szénsavas. Utóíze fanyar, kissé száraz, mint egy grapefruitnak. Nem rossz, de egy kicsit üresnek tűnik. A savanykásabb fajta búzasörök kedvelőinek ez egy igazán üdítő választás lehet.

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow with a large white head. Wheaty and yeasty, very shy fruity flavours in the very far background. Not As Full of banana flavours as others, more traditional.

Leicht hefiger, mehr aber kräuterartiger und etwas würziger Antrunk. Die Kräuternote stellt sich trotz seiner Milde im Mittelteil in dern Vordergrund, begrüßenswert, da es sich so von anderen Weizen abgrenzt. Spritzig, das Bier wird etwas herb, die Kräuternote weicht zum Ende hin etwas, das Weizen wird weiter herber und getreidig. Lecker!

Pretty standard, if slightly above-average heeweissbier. It has some decent flavors of clove and a hint of banana.

Bottle 0,5 l (BBE 01/10). Opaque orange, thick creamy white head. Nose is fresh, wheaty, a bit yeasty, with a dash of rootyness (?), grass and orange peel. Some soil/dirt in there like a flower pot. Flavor is crispy, bittery with quite a prominent orange peel and orange juice sweetness. Slight weizen sourness and maybe a tiny bit of banana, but nothing like sweet. Tingly mouthfeel, very nice. Very drinkable and fresh weisse.

Bottle. A hazy yellow beer topped by a nice white head leaving lacings. Banana and wheat in the aroma, some spices in the background. The flavor is a bit more exciting, still banana, wheat and some cloves, but also a fruity sourness and some bitterness. Medium body, dry and effervescent. Slightly sourish, bitter finish. Not my favorite hefe-weizen, too much on the sour side for that, and also a bit uninteresting, but decent indeed. 090822
