Aroma is malty with some nuts and hints of hay. Flavour has nuts, some toffee and slightly roasted malt. A bit stinging CO2 on palate. A bit light but flawless dunkel otherwise.

Bottle. Light amber, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate malty and lightly sweetish aroma, some caramel and light bread, faint hoppyness. Medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and light bread. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and light roasted malt with light bread, faint hoppyness. Lightly sweetish dunkel - not too sweet. OK but really nothing special.

Bottle looks okay, but I dont like that twist-off caps. Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest spicy. Not very dry. Mild finish with a fruity touch. Okay.

It’s dark amber with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt and light fruit. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of caramel, malt, light fruit, bread and hints of chocolate, and the finish is dry.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Copper color. Sweet honeyish and caramelly aroma with some breadiness and hint of metal. Sweetish bready and caramelly taste with hint of metal. Rounded medium body. Tastes a bit stale and metallic (BB Jan 2013).

Pours clear copper color with small head. Aroma of malts, some mild caramel, some hay and fruits. Flavor of hay, caramel, bitter malts and mild fruit notes. Bitter palate. Decent.

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, hay, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Fruity nose and flavor. Vaguely tart. A bit of caramel. Thin palate and short finish.

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden body topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Lightly milky on the else mostly fruity nose. Not very pleasant. The same goes for the flavor, but at least there’s some bitterness to mask the sourness. Medium body, dry and pleasantly carbonated. Sure not my choice of beer. 111105
