Al naso luppoli, con sentori agrumati, erbacei e di radice. In bocca è molto luppolata e secca, con sentori di radice e di crosta di pane bruciata, l’alcol è nascosto in maniera incredibile. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Eccellente Black IPA!

Bottle, bubbley long lasting bubbley head, pitch black coloir, aroma of dark bread, soy and carob and a touch of dried fruits, with forest and shrub hoppiness, flavour of dark bread and dark bitter chocolate with a strong shrubby bitterness, long bitter and a bit dry aftertaste. Good BIPA.

Dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange - citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pine, hoppy, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
