330ml bottle from Impexbeer
SELL BY 01/2015 - Pours dark orange with a large bubbly head. Aroma of grainy malts, grassy hops, tart citrus, orange peel and hints of yeast. Taste is malty, a bit stingy bitter with hints of yeast, citrus, orange peel and grass. Finish is dry, harshly bitter and a bit yeasty with hints of citrus, orange peel, fruits and grass. Long lasting hoppy bite, but feels a bit musty and unbalanced overall.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Yest residue throughout the golden body, but a solid, lasting head. Mandarin hops, grassy and light fresh yeast. Also, unfortunately a bit cabbage. Still nice. Good amount of bitterness, lively pleasant body. Not dry in the aftertaste, bit clean even. Nice brew from a brewer full of great ideas and execution skills. (33cl bottle shared with and courtesy of Rob)

Bottle at home courtesy of Alex, cheers! Hazy pale amber with apricot and lemon on the nose. Fine carbonation and minimal head that collapses quickly. Gentle mouthfeel, low carbonation, large amount of fruit, dry bitter finish, quite abrupt. Slight chalkiness

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
33cl bottle. It pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head. Gushing beer with lasting foam. Aroma is hoppy and citrusy. Citrus, loads of pineapple and some apricot. RevCat surely knows how to dry hop. Taste is quite bitter, mostly hoppy with some grainy components. The fresh fruits from the dry hopping really shine in this. Mostly pineapple but apricot is there with a gentle sweet touch to mitigate partly the overall bitterness. Very fresh and smooth taste. No traces of alcohol. Light in body with very nice carbonation. Overall, this is what an APA should be, light refreshing easy to drink and damn tasty. The fruity hoppy profile helps drinkability a lot: resiny piny hops tend to enhance the bitter sensation making some APAs much less refreshing. Fruity and amazing.
