COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
DryHop Thriller is our admiral American Pale Ale, really hoppy. Light in color and body, layed back and drinkable, but hauntingly hoppy. The damn everyday hoppy beer that u want to drink a six pack of.

330 ml bottle from BG Birra, served in a tulip glass. Pale sunrise orange, quite hazy, with a big, frothy, off-white head. Not the freshest aroma: notes resin, pine needles, some citrus and tropical fruits, stale hops. A hint of skunk/catpiss as well. Huge bitterness for such a low abv beer, almost in a palate numbness territory, but pleasent fruitness and lingering citrusy aftertaste. Light yeast influence, slightly powdery, definitely chunkier and heavier than a typical APA. Average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Mixed feelings about this one, it’s definitely too bitter, too extreme, not charateristics that I seek in a 4.5% Pale Ale. Hard to call it a session beer, imho.

Bottle, at 42. An almost clear one, topped by a dense, finger thick off white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with some pale malt sweetness. Hop pellets. Lots of bitterness in the flavor, both initially and in the end. Malts and hop pellets. Full body, nice carbonation level. Lasting mostly hoppy finish. Tasteful and easy drinkable. 140215

Draught. Dry beer with a medium bitterness and lots of hoppy notes - lychee, citrus and white grapes. Very nice, sessionable brew.
