Piękny zapach mlecznej czekolady i palonych słodów zapowiadał świetne piwo. W smaku małe rozczarowanie, dominuje paloność i kawa, gorzka czekolada, dość wytrawne, uczucie lekkiej wodnistości, słodycz gdzieś zagubiona, brakuje pełni. Niemniej jednak pijalne, przyjemne piwo.

330ml bottle @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. Sweet, creamy mily, some roasty and spicy aromas. Pours black with nice tan head, persistent, poor lacing. Medium body, really high annoyng carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is smoky, roasty, liquorice. Carbonation makes this a hash one. Unbalanced. Maybe some carbonation issue with this batch.

Bottle from Luppolo L’Ottavo Nano, Palermo; bb 12/2014
Black color with excessive head. Mild aroma of roasted malt. The mouthfeel is very dry, overly carbonated, with ashy roasted malts; no lactose, no residual sweetness and no vanilla detected; probably it refermented too much in the bottle.

330ml bottle from Impexbeer

SELL BY 12/2014 - Pours pitch black with a smooth light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, sweet milk chocolate, lactic notes, hints of cocoa and vanilla. Taste is smooth, slightly lactic and roasty with hints of cocoa and vanilla. Finish is roasty, milky and slightly bitter with hints of cocoa and milk chocolate. A bit unbalanced, but quite impressive for the low ABV.

Pours a pitch black colour with a big tan soapy head that last forever. Looks alnost like a cappuciono actually. Loads of roasted malts in the flavour, together with vanilla and coffee. Flavor rich on coffee taste at first, then some small notes of vanilla. After a couple of moments a tobacco-like takes over, but not too much. After that the touches of vanilla lingers in the mouth. Good body with a silky smooth mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Such a complex beer, with this little avb is hard too find. It’s super interresting and most of all, fantasticly good. Maybe the best beer under 5% I’ve ever had, at lest a top 3. Recommended!
