COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seriously potent bitterness with a series of pungent and resinous aromas. A Dry beer with a slight resinous licorice backbone to it. You got to drink this beer on a full moon night on a West Coast beach (an Italian one will surely do as well).

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, dust, spices, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2013 33cl bottle courtesy of Alex. It pours deep orange / burnt sugar in colour with a one finger soapy white head. Foam vanishing rather quickly. Aroma is intensely hoppy, coming through as very fruity. Smells like apricot and feet from the bottle and it’s already magnificent. In the glass it opens to more citrusy notes with grapefruit and apricot. Some sugary sweetness in the nose as well. Taste is bitter on a solid malty backbone. Ends very dry and very bitter. So bitter it’s almost astringent. Taste is very fruity, as in the nose, but more balanced towards a biscuit toffee like malt base. You can feel this is bold. Nice body, almost silky texture. Soft carbonation. Overall, definitely a hop bomb. Outstanding in the aroma, balanced in the taste. You need to be used to serious hoppiness to stand the almost abrasive aftertaste. If you do, this can be heaven.

Thanks Alex for the bottle. The aroma has citrus and has herbal, somewhat harsh tones. Columbus hops there? Bit hazy, golden-orange coloured beer with a good head. The taste is quite bitter, bit harsh, citric, herbal, not too malty. Refreshing, pleasant carbonation. Nice one. Got this one is one session with th F.R.E.S.H, which has some more maltiness and sweetness. I think this one is better. Nintendo-like 8-bit artwork is cool.

Bottle. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Citrus and perfumey fruit in the nose. Very clear straw color. Mild citrus hop initial; morphs into a light fruity mid palate, and then balances, with a little metallic note; finishes with some harsh bitterness on the edges of the tongue. Thin, or actually somewhat watery. Nice enough.

10/9/11/11/12/12

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2012 Dry, hoppy nose. Citrus zest and pith, light caramel. Cloudy orange-brown with a tall, fine head. Sweet, fruity flavor, light chocolate and caramel. Huge hops—grapefruit, grass, earth. Very bitter finish. Thick and full body. Good.

Bottle at the Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks again to Frederic and Tom for their generousity. Very hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate starts smooth but has a carbonated bite. Sweetish orange and mango hops with a trace of tinned tropical fruit syrup. Minerals. Smooth creamy malt underneath. Finishes with nibbly carbonation. Nice sweet IPA.

Bottle from Alex420 - thanks! Shared with the local RB crew and staff at Birreria Paradiso Georgetown, as well as ChurchKey. The aroma of coconut, pineapple, suntan lotion (in a good way!) was very popular. People found the taste to be bitter and plain. One noted a bit of sourness.
