Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart, horse blanket, barnyard, light wood, light apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sweet fruit, horse blanket, tart, fruity, balanced and easy to drink. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. almost blended to well since it is a bit borring but very nice. [20121215]

L’aspetto giallo fangoso non è per nulla invitante, la birra però è buona e l’acidità molto contenuta.

Small offwhite head creamy head. Hazy opaque amber body. Vinegary wooden farmhouse aroma with yoghurty notes. Sweet-acidic vinegary wooden apple taste with metallic notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Sharply acidic mealy wooden vinegar aftertaste with apple and metal notes. A bit sharp and low on flavour besides the lambic. (0.2l draft at Schouskjelleren, Oslo.)
