DryHop Thriller is our admiral American Pale Ale, really hoppy. Light in color and body, layed back and drinkable, but hauntingly hoppy. The damn everyday hoppy beer that u want to drink a six pack of.

Craft Clarkenwell. A sample bottle generously shared by Frederic and Tom - cheers guys! Light haze on this gold beer, little bubbly white head. Palate is light and crisp. Semi dry. Lovely fresh hops - Citra? Light but vibrant orange and lemon with a trace of skunk. Mild minerally crisp finish. A lovely pale ale. I’ve really missed Revelation Cat and Alex - they seemed to have all but disappeared over the 18 months. Hope this is the start of the comeback.

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a somewhat rocky, off-white head. Smells fruity ad hoppy. Quite bitter and dry. Lots of hops aromas of spruce and pine mixed with citric fruits. Sweetness evolves towards the end. Tiny hints of a malty back bone. Medium to light bodied. High carbonation. Bitter and dry finish with a sweet and fruity hopsaromas. Thanks Alex!

33cl Bottle, thanks to the man himself, cheers Alex! Brewed at Ramsgate according to the label. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of shedloads of hops, grapefruit, light pine, lots of weed and cabbage. Flavour is very fresh, lemon, grapefruit, lime, pine, light floral sweetness, light malty, chalk, great crisp hoppy bitter finish, like quinine. Light-bodied. Excellent summer beer.

Bottle at home courtesy of Alex, cheers! Hazy pale amber with apricot and lemon on the nose. Fine carbonation and minimal head that collapses quickly. Gentle mouthfeel, low carbonation, large amount of fruit, dry bitter finish, quite abrupt. Slight chalkiness

Tasted@Birra piu new on 26/10/2012. Aroma is impressing, very piny&citrusy. Taste is even more refreshing, just an explosion of pines and citrus mix, with quite interesting aftertaste. Bitterness level is quite high. Very strongly dry hopped. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como; bb 08.2014
Hazy deep blond color; small sized head. Fresh hop aroma, then pungent, strong manure. Lean mouthfeel; the malt flavor is light and creamy, with citrusy hops and a touch of bergamot, some earthy character again; strong bitterness, more evident because of the dryiness.
A good hop showcase, but unrefined overall; it may be more expressive on draught.
