Cask @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Pours a hazy orange golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity weak hoppy citrus aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy citrus hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

On tap. Hazy orangey golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Fresh citrusy aroma hops in the nose. Light body, light fruit notes but dominated by aroma hops leaving a solid bitterness. I’d rather call this an APA. 080510

6th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer, thick off white head. Dry palate. Dry caraway malt fairly well balanced with a little orange and grapefruiy hop. But overall this was a little too dry.

Handpumped at KØ10. Mild hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Chalk white head. Good hoppy flavour, dusty and citric. Very nice clean bitterness.

Cask. A hazy dark amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of grassy hops and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hay, and bread, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light heavy hoppy, grass, citrus - orange, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100508]

Handpumped from cask@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Unclear golden, fully diminshing blond head. Grassy and fruity hops on the nose. Taste is hop driven; grass, hay and citrus. Subdued, toasted malts. Light in body weight. Grassy and light resinous hop bitterness in the finish.

Handpulled from cask at CBF ’10. Pale golden body, fading fluff white head. Plain aroma of hoppy fruits. Rounded taste of floral hops, citric fruits and a touch of herbs. Nice bitter round off. Refreshing session character (RateBeer meeting point, 08.05.2010).

Cask. Cloudy golden looking colour with a small white head. Hoppy sweet grass aroma. good mouthfeel. Flavour is is grassy hoppy with fruit and citrus, pleasant bitterness.

Cask. Orange coloured. Unclear. Small beige head. Aroma of sweetness, fruits and light grape. Flavour is grassy and sweet with a touch of spice and citrus. Medium bodied. Grapy bitter end.
