Sour aroma. Golden coloured and hazy in appearance. A little fruity with a hint of bitterness in a dry woody finish.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, some grass and mild acidic and tart wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite nice, but has lost quite much of the lambic in it.

3rd August 2010. GBBF Hazy amber beer with a residual suddy white head. Light dry palate. Barnyard funkiness. Not getting much from this other than lots of sourness. Dry finish. My least favourite of this series from Alex. Sorry for the low score mate! A better sour palate than mine would likely pick up more flavours.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 maeib (7635) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 11, 2010
Cask conditioned Gravity Dispense GBBF 2010. A really murky muddy brown coloured beer which really did resemble baby diarrhoea. There was a little tartness in this beer but my overriding sensation was of Faro-like sweetness and toffee. It was an odd mixture of flavours and was pretty cloying at times. I really struggled to finish my third.

WIld yeast, barn-like dry aroma. Cloudy apple cider-like with a tartness, though mellow.
