Don’t know what those Revelation Cat guys are up to...but i like it. Sampled their beers at the 2010 Yokohama Beer Fest and they stood out as the only brewery offering Lambiks and they wer dry-hopped lambiks to boot! Wow! Sour, hoppy, acidic, peppery...and fun!

Draft @ Cask Pub and Kitchen in London. Pours a hazy yellow color with no head at all. The aroma is very sour with alot of tart white grape and apple along with some basment aromas, iget some faint hops too. Flavor is not as tart as I expected, and there is no carbonation to speak of, I get some of the apple and white grape along with some dry citric notes. The body is light with a fairly dry mouthfeel. Overall a pretty solid brew, but I would love for it to have carbonation.

Draught @ Brasserie 4:20, Via Portuense 82, Roma, Italy.

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate barnyard, wood, fruity, hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, dry, fruity and hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100603]

Hazy orange with a medium beige head. Aroma had fruity hops, barnyard, wood and brett. Flavor was slightly sourish with fruity hops, barnyard, wood and brett. Sour finish. The only dry hopped that have worked out so far. Lovely.
