Keg @ Mikkeller & Friends. The pour’s amber with a small head. The nose is herbal hops, some light lemon, tart fruits. The taste is tart lemon, lime. Citric funk. More woody hop. Hints of sweet toffee and cotton candy. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, pleasant.

Keg at Mikkeller & Friends - Copenhagen. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, white foam head. Sweet malt and mild grass nose. Medium sweet flavor, some funk, grassy bitterness, tangy malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, some wet bread, grassy bitterness. Decent.

Tap @ Mikkeller bar, Stefansgade. Small head wirh short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are brett, malt, hops and has a sour finish.

Pours muddy dark orange with no head.
Almost no carb, med body.
Aroma is mild but interesting, funky bretts, barnyard, some fruity hops as well.
Taste moderately tart, with lots of berry notes, a touch of raspberries.
Aftertaste is sticky and yeasty.
An amazingly drinkable beer, cause its not too tart nor acidic.

not very tart, a but too hoppy, not a lot of complexity. Ok, but not sure what they were trying to do (I don’t really think dry hopping a lambic makes sense.)

Hazy golden with no head. Aroma and taste of wood, citrus and "peach". Dry with no carbonation. Not that tart. Very easy to drink and refreshing.

Ganska diskret doft. Men smaken är fruktig, lite sträv men trevlig. Helt utan kolsyra och med tydlig ek. Lite svår bestämd frukt. Antingen persika eller nektarin.

Very strange mix between a lambic and an IPA, mostly in teh aroma. Definitely not my kind of beer.
