Staubig-harziger und leicht säuerlicher Geruch. Säuerlicher Einstieg, trockener werdend. Mittig zitrusartig und trocken. Sauer zitrusaromatisch ablaufend.

Etwas holzig, insgesamt angemessen. /13/11/12//11

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Almost clear golden body with a diminishing white head. Aroma is acidic and funky. Flavor is quite refreshing sour with soft malt, fruit and mild barnyard. I think this is the one from the dry hop series with least hop flavor, still a smoother impression on and maybe a more correct mix of lambic and hops – or maybe I just prefer the original stuff better? It’s been a fun and educational experience anyway.

From tap@Mikkeller Bar. Body is clear gold, topped with a layer of beige bubbles. Nice aroma from the ’Aurora’ hop variety; rounded citrussy with some herbal/grassy notes. Also a fresh citrussy tartness and notes of horse stable. Rounded fruity sourness in the flavor. A light malty sweetness is noticeable. A fine fruity bitterness too. Light without being thin. Utterly thirst quenching and very welcoming on one of the hottest days in Copenhagen this summer.

Draught @ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2010, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.

Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate moderate hoppy, citrus - lemon acidic, moderate yeasty, barnyard, apple, wheat notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. On tap at KØ-10. A clear, straw colored beer with just some off-white bubbles as a head. Quite subtle hops on the nose, with lemon and barnyard. Nice but a bit weak all over. The flavor is tart and lemony with some barnyard, a little bitterness too. Bitter, lemony sour finish. Dry, medium body. A quite nice one, both hops and lambic reponsible for equally large portions of the flavor. 100506

On tap. Almost clear amber golden with a rough off-white head. Fresh, subtle Brett aroma with a whiff of barnyard. Medium body, flat, again very subtle Brett accents. Not that many traces of the dryhopping really. 080510
