On tap at CBF2010. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma has loads of nelson hops along with dry grape. The flavour is also dominated by the nelson hops, but with notes of dry grape, dirt and wood. Finishes sour and passion fruity (nelson).

Cask @ Copenhagen 2010. Nelson sauvin is quite a popular hop nowadays, and gets some extra high ratings. I dont want to add to this nelson sauvin rave, but it fits perfect with the sticky tartness. Bit peachy, vegetable like, but not in a bad way. Good balance.

Nelson Sauvin version. Draft. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of cats piss, hops, and grapefruits. The flavor has notes of grass, lemon, and grapefruit, leading to a very tart finish.

konstifik (573) - SWEDEN - MAY 25, 2010
Sampled at Copenhagen Beerfestival 2010. Hazy yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of white wine, barnyard, sourness and green hops in a very nice mix. Not overly complex or tart, but still has a nice bite to it that makes it very drinkable and quenching and still amazingly enjoyable. Great stuff!

OleR (4786) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2010
From tap@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. A medium-sized blond head, over a hazy, gold colored body. Acidulous berries and citrus on the nose. Taste dry and fruity. Tight acidic and lemony with a rounded tartness. Hop bitterness underneath. Crisp and dry. Fruity acidity in the finish. Superfresh and palate cleansing.

skortila (4433) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 19, 2010
On tap @ CBF 2010. The aroma has some fruitiness and vegetable. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste is a bit more sour than the others in the series. Some citrus and vegetable there, nice fruity tones with some grass. Best one imo.

   AROMA 9/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 18/20
thewolf (11129) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2010
Tap @ CBF, 2010.
Pours muddy pale amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has plant sap, oranges, apples, tartness and rather zesty. Low carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully sour, barnyard, apple, citric, light lactic. Fabolous. The hops really accentuate the tartness and the elegance of the underlying lambic.
