Tap @ CBF, 2010.
Pours muddy pale amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has plant sap, oranges, apples, tartness and rather zesty. Low carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully sour, barnyard, apple, citric, light lactic. Fabolous. The hops really accentuate the tartness and the elegance of the underlying lambic.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2010. Pours unclear golden with a small white head. Nose and flavor are grain, cat pee, blackberries and funk. The Sauvin is very intense. Medium and smooth palate. Tart and dry bitter lasting end.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit and funk, with white grapes and a chemical note, probably also from the hops. Dry and tart flavour with a chemical fruity touch. Sometimes Nelson Sauvin gets so intense it gets a bit of kerosene. I think that happened here.

Plovmand (7880) - Helsinge, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2010
On tap. Cloudy golden with a medium off white head. The aroma is lots of peaches, passion fruit, light burned rubber, fruit and light acid. The flavour is quite acidic with lots of Nelson character like peach, passion fruit, citrus, grapefruit and some pine. Great! Soft textured. Lovely!

Rating #6 from danish beer festival 2010. THE experience of the day. Hazy golden look with a forced white head. Completly mouthwatering in any way. Flavor is a mix of sweet oranges, grapefuit and citrus on one side with a heavy rubbery sourness on the other. One of the most acidic brews i’ve had, resulting in the moutwater. Its backed up by a sugery sweetness, like fresh grabe with suger which i also love. Had to get two :)

Draught. Low fluffy white and quickly disappearing head. Hazy hellow body. Fruity nutty grape lemon aroma and flavor. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

Rune (11352) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 13, 2010
Sampled, thanks to plovmand. Misty golden body, lacing-head. Mild aroma of fruity tartness. Taste of fruity acidity. Bittering hops towards the ending. A rounded palate cleanser. Dinkable, but really not my favourite style (Copenhagen Beer Festival at Tap 1 Carlsberg, 06.05.2010).

madsberg (11405) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAY 12, 2010
Draught. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Sweetness, fruits, citrus and a light sourness in the aroma. Flavour is fruity and citric. Has some vague earth notes. Medium bodied. Grapy and fruity end with a light bitter touch.

HenrikSoegaard (13278) - Randers, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2010
Draught. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy and sour aroma. Moderate bitter very sour flavor. Long nice moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Good but not the best of the 5 hopps.

omhper (23716) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 10, 2010
Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Cloudy golden, airy headd. Distinct aroma of goosebeery and black currant. Soft and tart, vinous with tanninic bitterness. Lemony with lovely hops flavour. The most interesting of the series, but in all I preferred the subtleness of the saaz version where full complexity of the base lambic still prevailed.
