INteresting too, I think all the aging process they did at the brewery were nice. It would be quite itneresting to try a vintage one some years from now.

50ml sampled from bottle. Hazy golden body under a filmy head. Prominent smell of fruity hops. The flavour profile is a fusion of citrus shells. Lingering dry finish. Difficult to notice the alcohol strength. Good stuff (Ølfestival Valby 15.05.2009).

(37.5cl thanks to bu11zeye). Pours a cloudy gold with white fizzy head. Aroma of nice citrus, farmhouse, light tartness, wood. Flavor is very much the same, is dry, woody and a bit of grapefruit hoppiness. Mouth feel is medium body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, Tasty!

Bottle shared by 1FastSTi...thanks Blake! - Super carbonated--pours dark amber with a big off-white head. Light cherries on the nose, with honey, alcohol--real sharp. Taste is sweet honey, bready malt, yeasty, with some light toasty oak. Smooth and fluffy carbonation. Better than the Reference, but kind of meh--and where are the hops?

(37.5cl thanks to bu11zeye) clearish yellow with a film of bubbles. Nose of candi sugar, grapes, and citrus fruits. Taste of bitter citrus, light earth, grapes, oily medium bodied finish that’s bitter but smooth.
