11.2 oz bottle from Perfect Pour. Pours hazy dark orange with large fizzy white head. Aromas of oak, vanilla, yeast, some hops, and caramel. Flavors of oak, vanilla, grassy hops, and some yeast. Would have liked to try the base beer to compare to but not at this price point. Kind of a bland IIPA to be BA offering.

tasting on 8/20/11. deep orange pour with a 1-2 finger white head. aged hop nose with caramel - again not picking up any oak. sweeter malt mouthfeel with citrus notes. semi-dry finish with light fruits. so far, I’m having a hard time getting any oak out of this series. I don’t think 7 days is long enough for the oak aging.
