A citrusy and refreshing Belgian-style pale ale hopped with Cascade, Citra, and whole Crystal hops for massive aromas and flavors! Fermented with our Belgian Wit yeast for an extra dose of complexity, this one is very drinkable and extremely aromatic.

Per Wil Turner, this is a second runnings beer from Institutionalized Barleywine’s runoff.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Very clear and dark golden. Minimal head. Some nice hops hit my nose first. Floral and citrus with honey. Those are tasted with with dry bitterness. Some yeast but just a bit. This is tasty.

Bottle shared with Jcwattsrugger. Pours gold with white head. Nose of canned pineapple, mango, peach, Belgian yeast, lemon and malt. Taste is same, but weaker with more artificial pineapple. Body on lighter side of medium.

Light amber color with good carbonation out of the bomber. Crisp taste with mild spices and hops, very drinkable. Finish is smooth...it loses flavor as it warms up. Probably served a bit too warm. Wouldn?t mind trying this again in the summer.

22oz bottle via trade. Clear light amber with a small white head. Aroma of earthy yeast, caramel and floral hops. Flavor is bitter hops, malt, musty/spicy yeast esters, and some light phenols. Medium body with average carbonation. Decent beer.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2013 Recently re-tried this. It is yeast dominated but can pick up the hops mroe. Tried it again form the bottle and this is really awesome when it warms up.

Bomber. Pours a slightly hazy orangey color with a slightly off-white head excellent retention and lacing. Nose is some hops, a little dankness, with a hint of straw and Belgian yeast. Mouth is tropical fruity hops up front, then some dough and yeast, finishes rather abruptly. Good, but not great.

Not sure what the deal is on this one... Had this via growler when it was originally released.. Aroma was bright with tropical fruit forwardness, somewhat dank and extremely bright... Flavor on the other hand didn’t contribute as much. Semi-sweet crystal malt it seems with a semi-fresh citrus hop sensation that really didn’t live up to its nose. Just shy of medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Pretty drinkable overall with a nose that quite I overcame the flavor. Def needs to be consumed fresh.

Very enjoyable if simple beer. Bomber from the brewery. Not a lot of complexity, but the flavors do come through and there is a little burst of citrus. Pours a nice golden color with a small head. Some lacing. Aroma is of fresh floral and citrus. Not really very hoppy. Some cereal. Taste is very similar to the aroma. Some floral and cereal with very moderate hopping and a little burst of citrus on the tongue. A good beer that is very drinkable. I enjoyed it.

Bottle from pawola. Clear and golden in color with a small white head. Juicy fruit aroma, and I mean the gum and not some fruits that you can squeeze loads of juice from. Maybe a hint of orange there and a touch of grapefruit. A bit thin and lacking of much flavor. Pretty damn watery. Slight juicy fruit flavor, but not much of it.

Bomber. Pours a light golden with a small white head. Aroma is nicely fruity and rich belgian yeast spiciness. strong floral and spice hop note, citric. Flavor bursts with citric and belgian spicy notes, simple but very drinkable and smooth, refreshing and citric. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Very good
