A citrusy and refreshing Belgian-style pale ale hopped with Cascade, Citra, and whole Crystal hops for massive aromas and flavors! Fermented with our Belgian Wit yeast for an extra dose of complexity, this one is very drinkable and extremely aromatic.

Per Wil Turner, this is a second runnings beer from Institutionalized Barleywine’s runoff.

Growler pour into a globe glass. Beautiful honey amber orange color with a minimal white head. The nose is full of sweetness and clean hops with a little yeast complexity. Taste is definitely on par with the Belgian style pales with a unique cleanliness but, very tasty; close to sessionable. All around a solid Belgian pale with character from a quickly rising brewery in Chicago. Cheers!

12 oz Can : Pour is murky medium gold with a hint of amber, I suppose. The head on this is two fingered, fine bubbled, and off white. The nose is juicy fruit, caramel and florals really - it reminds me a bit of their hibiscus product - which isn’t exactly a great start. This brew has a nice clean feeling initial, light bittering hops, lemon grass presents itself, with more stark florals and the crystal presents itself- but frankly this is barely belgian for me. Bread, Caramel, Grass rounds it out at the finish line. I wouldn’t seek it out - but it was one of the better brews sitting at my local grocery store...

Pours a medium orange, maybe tangerine, clear with a solid head from a can into a DFH IPA glass. Full aroma of banana, citrus, with a touch of alcohol, exactly like a belgian should have. Flavor is not as full, and has some odd finishes like water, and a bit sour. Also sweet.

A slightly hazy dull golden brown with two fingers of white fluffy head. Smells of pine, citrus, caramel, and oddly reminds of the smell of candy cigarettes. A smooth carbonated taste that has a surprising bit of peppery spice to it along with a pretty smooth underwhelming bitter, a slight honey sweetness. Dry finish with some breadiness. A pretty good drinking beer, not overly anything just good solid beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One of revolution's lesser ales in my humble opinion. However I was served this in a lagunitas ball jar glass, which certainly did not help matters at all. Nice copper color. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2023 can to a goblet. Pours a dark golden orange with an off-white head. Aroma is a grassy, sweet citrusy hops. A little cat pee also. Taste is slightly sweet, some Belgian spice and funk with caramel malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a very heavy amber with a huge rocky off white head with great lacing. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit with a bit of chives and bubble gum. Big citrus and grapefruit flavors initially in the taste followed by some dankness. Sweet bready malt character with a hint of pepper and some lemon. Finishes semi dry with a light bitterness. Mouthfeel is crisp with medium body and carbonation. Enjoyed the citrus and tropical flavors. Played well with the slight dank flavor and breadiness.
