12oz. can pours a clear golden with a finger of head that dissipates quickly to a thin layer. Aroma is VERY hoppy and sweet up front. Awesome citrus tones follow. Flavor is hoppy and sweet with a mellow malt flavor. I get strong honey and caramel tones with grapefruit and other citrus. This beer was a pleasent surprise.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A: Golden orange, slightly hazy almost clear, with a fizzy and foamy white head.
S: Smells great. Fantastic combination of Belgian yeast - kind of funky, slightly musty, lemon and some coriander - and hops - sweet grapefruit, mango, tangerine. Almost creates a ’bubble-gum’ sweetness, which is a terrible way of describing it because that would be horrible, but very unique.
T: Refreshing and crisp bitterness hit first with lemon and tarter-than-sweet grapefruit. Then a wash of Belgian spice, a tad bit of hay, and sweet tropical fruits. Finishes pretty dry
P: Light-medium body, noticeable but not obnoxious carbonation. Very refreshing and smooth.
O: Fantastic beer. So glad it’s in cans. Need to stock up.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of peach, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, orange zest, banana, tangerine, pear, apple, floral, grass, clove, pepper, light pine, light honey, and floral/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great citrus/tropical hop complexity with a moderate yeast and malt balance; and good strength. Taste of big peach, pineapple, mango, tangerine, banana, lemon zest, orange zest, clove, pepper, pine, floral, grass, bread, light honey, and floral/yeast earthiness. Moderate earthy tartness and spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of mango, pineapple, citrus zest, banana, clove, pepper, pine, floral, grass, light honey, and floral/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome balance and complexity of hop and yeast flavors; with a moderate malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and lightly acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a highly excellent Belgian pale ale! All around great balance and complexity of hop, yeast, and malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Fruity with strong hops. Has a strong bite from the hops but the aftertaste hits the citrus notes. Lemon and grapefruit. Belgian yeast not as noticeable, more similar to a citrusy IPA.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Belgian Fest. Glad I had a chance to finally try this one. Nose is huge hops, really fresh and citrusy, tropical fruit from the Citra. Light Belgian yeast, tart note. Some noted pepper notes and grain. On tasting, medium-high bitterness, clean and deep. Nice malt balance and fruity hops. Tropical qualities are really nice. Great stuff.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
poured from tap into a tulip. Pours a dark orange color with a 1" head
very good right away with great aromas of navel oranges, hops, some resin and citrus flavors. Showing the hop characteristic of this, but far from overbearing
very good medium/full feel, but lacking a slight bit on the middle and back end. Good depth with flavors of resin, pine needles, navel oranges and various citrus and creams
a really damn good belgian pale by rev. I hope they do this one more often as it is really good
