Single can from Binny’s. Nice tropical fruit smell from pouring it into the glass. Closer in, I can find more of those traditionally piney northwestern hops. A clear gold color in the glass, and it pours with a finger of spongy foam. Malt is pretty light against the overwhelming force of this hoppy little cane toad. Hop bitterness almost pierces my tongue, but is till relaxing and almost indulgent. Definitely a great beer you’d never expect to find in a can.

Draft at First Draft in Chicago. Expressive yeast contributes warm bread, clove, ripe banana. Bit of funk. Mildly bitter. Not too bad.

Clear, copper-amber pour with a frothy, off-white head. The aroma has some pine and citrus mixed with some sugary sweetness. It has a medium body with slightly oily texture and lively carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter with a long, semi-dry finish.

12oz can into glass. Pours a thick and deep cherry burnt redwood peach. Plentiful lacing, medium white and all encompassing. Solid head and retention. Aroma of orange Belgian spice, grapefruit rinds, hops, grass. Taste of bitter citrus peel, smooth malt guidance, early hop vibe, vibrant Belgian stance, corn. Fun brew.

Another a good offering from this brewery. A vey pleasant aroma and a nice copper color with a slim head on the pour. Lots of spice, but very smooth. A neat cross between a pale ale and Belgian.

Citrus pine bread aroma. Copper and amber body with a healthy off-white head. Mild citrus bitterness balanced with a malty bread taste.. Has a subtle fruit sweetness in the background. Refreshing and light bodied. Another winner from this brewery.

On tap at Revolution.
Clear copper with a white head. On the sweet side with hops, some funk, citrus and malt. Drinkable but a bit strange to be honest.
