3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can thanks to joshmcg000. Clear orange pour with a 1-2 finger, creamy eggshell head. Aroma of caramel, berry flavored candy and fruity, citrus and floral hops. Flavor is very much like sampling Cascade/Centennial IPA straight from the fermenter, while dry hopping. Tons of fresh hop flavor, lots of bright fruity citrus, but kinda raw yeast-wise and with lots of residual sugar sweetness. Throw in some caramel and crystal malt and that’s pretty much it.Not that that is a bad thing, other than being a bit too sweet, but the fact that the sweetness makes it like fresh hop juice - if hops had juice - makes that ok. Light to medium body with a slightly syrupy feel on entry, with a light, but sharp carbonation, leading to an off dry finish, with a slightly acidic feel. Pretty damn good overall, the hop notes are a little one dimensional, but very bright and fresh.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Definitely a small ipa. Not too much malt, which I find to be its biggest asset since there isn't all that much hop. Nicely bitter. Could have used a bit more floral notes to add complexity but overall I could drink this all day.

12oz can. Pours a clear deep golden color with a finger of fluffy white head. The glass is a foot and a half away from my face and I can smell the hops! Big aromas of citrus and floral hops. Taste is caramel malt, citrus, pine, and has a slightly yeasty aftertaste.

On tap @ Kerryman pub in Chicago. Hazy orange-tinted gold with a white head that holds firmly. Fresh ruby grapefruit and light pine hop character, sweet but light malt structure, nice bitterness. Bright and fresh.

A reasonably drinkable IPA. Hints of, licorice and cloves in the aftertaste. Too bitter for everyday.

Tap at the source. Thin light tan head, hazy light rust orange. Grassy, herbal and citrusy hops in the aroma. Flavor is not overly aggressive but fresh citrusy hops, some grassiness, and a touch of crackery malt. Lighter body with good carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a slightly pale gold. Looks slightly hazy, perhaps. Just a touch. Very nice puffy white head. Just a ton of tiny bubbles are sitting on top of the beer. Good lacing. Aroma is a pleasant mix of bright citrus and spruce/pine. The citrus is in the direction of orange/tangerine territory. Doesn’t quite have enough juiciness to it. Little bit of tropical hoppiness - pineapple and kiwi. Lots of hops to the taste. Good flavorful citrus upfront. Just a touch of caramel malt flavor, always a positive. Finish is quite dry, though a bit too yeasty. Could use a little more hop flavor, there - improves as it warms up. Still, it has a solid, clean bitterness to it, and I’m enjoying my glass. Easy to drink. No booze to be found. Light on the palate but flavorful. This is a well-made IPA. It’s probably not going to blow anyone away, but it hits all of the right notes, and I’d be happy to drink it regularly.

Slightly hazed gold.Heady, good lace, leaves a nice froth shortly after pour.
Good mediumish/mild hoppy aroma with citrus,light fruit,mild spice.Light sweetness.
Taste at first was medium hoppiness with a sweetish grainyness, fullish body with some mild tart wheat malt notes.Full foamy body, general hoppiness in flavor, some sweet malts in the finish with a citrus sweet breadyness and mild bitter. Solid ipa.Better than average probably.
