An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. "Look, I ainít in this for your revolution, and Iím not in it for you, princess."

Expectation: nothing short of a typical IPA
Hardware: 12oz can which was canned on April 15, 2014, into Le Listermann
Nose: citrus with a malty backbone and strong presence of grass
Sip: fresh hops akin to mint with Alpha nonsense
Taste: tame considering the strong hop aroma/sip which suggest a well balanced brew
Misc: nothing to declare
Conclusion: the wife really approves and is requesting more. As for me, glad I tried it, but most likely wonít be back for more.

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - AUG 11, 2014
Poured from can to glass. Golden hue with fizzy white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is melon, grapefruit, tangerine, pine, honey, cereal. Taste is sweet initially with a bitter following that blends with a nutty finish. Overall this is an interesting IPA that is more grainy tasting than your typical representation.

Can pour. Deep gold in color with a minimum of head. An absolutely perfectly balanced IPA, with a sweet maltiness on the back end as a kiss off from the assertive hop profile. An outstanding IPA in a crowded field.

Golden orange pour. Nice fresh hop aroma. Pine and citrus, hint of sweetness. Solid ipa but nothing groundbreaking

Tap in pint glass at celtic crossing in Chicago. Light copper we white head and good lacing. Smells of light hop. Hoppy, bitter crisp. Fairly common ipa. Decent.

Fantastic IPA. Nice sweet malt. Fantastic hop flavor and just the right amount of bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can courtesy of Falco242 who picked some up during a recent visit to Chitown. Compared to other IPAs this is less carbonated. For me that's a neutral factor but I know others who prefer that. Hazy dark gold with creamy off white head that is barely lasting with no lace. Good balance and refreshing/thirst quenching. Excellent drinkability.

Pours cloudy amber with medium white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, grapefruit, light resin. Taste is medium hoppy bitter with light balancing sweetness. Lightly bitter yet somewhat abrupt finish. Body is light and smooth with soft carbonation.

Just a quality IPA overall. getting a bit difficult to find lately, but always on my regular list. Not overwhelmingly hoppy, and not dry on the palate, has a sweet finish, and at 6.5% you will be able to enjoy a couple or more. One of my top 5 favorite beers.
