COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

Can at Chriso tasting, London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a weak, white cream head. Pleasant wheat and dough nose, some lemon. Medium sweet flavor with white sugar, dough. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet on the finish with more white sugar, wheat and dough. Very pleasant, simple.

Hazy yellow. Banana gummy esters in the aroma. Thin white head. Refreshing on the palate. Flavor is dominated by bubblegum. Body is a bit heavy for a wit.

12oz can. Pale hazy yellow with a rather small white head. Rather light aroma. Pronounced lemon, some wheat, some yeast. Flavor is light and tart. Quite lemony, rather dry. Rather thin, not the best white, but refreshing.

12 oz can pours a hazy straw color but darker than most Witbiers. Small white head without much lacing. Aroma is as expected: lemon, grass, spices, orange peel, Belgian yeast and banana. Taste is neither sweet nor sour, and the finish is clean and spicy with a bit of bitterness. Body is medium to light without too much carbonation. A very refreshing and solid Belgian wit which I’ll try again in warmer weather.

Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow. Not much head, some lacing. Weak nose of lilies and Belgian-ness. Mouth is light bodied, some silkiness, slight yeasty spice and lilies, finish has an almost licorice-ness. While I’m not a big Wit beer fan, I liked this one and would drink again.

Pours golden...interedting this is not hazy for a wit pretty clear. Aroma is belgian spice citrus lemon and a faint hint of banana. Pretty standard wit aroma. Flavor is clean lemon and light malt and finishes dry with some belgian spice at the end good wit beer not as malty as others...lighter than most
