Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Can @ home, thanks to TheAlum. Pours a hazy, somewhat cloudy, yellow appearance with a bubbly, off white head. Fairly spicy yeasty, sweet wheat, light lemon/orange citrusy, coriander, straw aroma. Very refreshing, somewhat dry wheat, lemon, spicy yeasty flavor. Very easy to drink and a fine witbier. I would love to get blasted on this shit.

Can via trade. Maybe a little darker orange color than expected. Small white head that quickly disappears into a ring. Aroma is strong on the citrus side with oranges and a little wheat. Flavor is light: citrus, spice, wheat. Nice.

Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Sweet bread, wheat, and fruit aromas. A decent coriander note, some grass, orange peel, and yeast. A bit watery, though. Flavor is fairly sweet, but also a bit watery/bland. Bread, wheat, and subtle banana provide sweetness. Moderate coriander, citrus peel, and yeast.

Nicely done wit from Revolution here. Pours hazy golden / yellow with a small white head. The aroma is heavy on coriander and orange. The orange seems more sweet than bitter. There is also smooth wheat and a bit of thick richness. The flavor starts off very full flavored with smooth wheat, bitter orange and mild coriander. The finish has some chalkiness and shows some spicy hops. Very nice.

Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a small white head. Nose is spices, orange, and yeast, as expected. Carbonation is lively. Medium bodied. Not much of a finish. Overall very mild and drinkable, but not super duper exciting.

Really cool can design for this one. Super drinkable belgian white with a lot of spice on the nose that’s uber refreshing. I wished for much more citrus up in here, though.

Bottom Up Wit is a golden beer that pours a white foam head with soft carbonation. It’s a smooth drinking beer with bright aroma. It is a tasty Witt, although that is not one of my favorite styles.

12oz can. Hazy whitish yellow color. Minimal white head, good dots of lace. Good spicy orange-peel coriander nose. Nice yeasty flavor, good light orange peel, very refreshing character. Mild zesty sweetness. Light, crisp carbonation. Light body. More dry texture. Good wit! wood recommend.
