Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

Pours a pale yet hazy straw yellow with a medium white head that dissipates quickly into a thin film. Aroma is somewhat muted, but pleasing. Orange, lemon and spices dominate - wouldn’t complain if it were stronger, but it melds together nicely and is simply good. Flavor is more intense than the flavor...the coriander and orange peel definitely shine...some lemon notes, hint of clove, hint of bubble gum...yeasty/bready - very solid and very enjoyable! Flavor lasts long after the sip is completed - to the point that it is worthy of comment. Palate is easy drinking - common for the style, but has a bit of depth that is a good thing. One of my first experiences with the brewery (aside from some extreme offerings) and this is simply a quality rendition of the style...definitely one to enjoy again in the future!

Can. Pours a slightly hazy deep yellow with aromas of coriander, grass and honey. Flavor is pretty sugary for me, without quite enough of the spice and mild lemon to balance it out. Not bad, but not a homerun.

Can, courtesy of adnielsen. Thanks Aaron! Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Wheat, orange peel, yeast aromas. Big orange peel flavors with notes of spice, yeast, and lemon. Refreshing witbier, not quite to the way I like the style.

One of the better American wit beers imo, easily the best one from a can. aroma is lemon and wheat and floral esters. flavors are the same with a bit more lemon goodness and straw. mouthfeel is clean and medium-light body and appropiate carbonation. Love, ChadQuest

12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours very hazy golden straw color with a small 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, light bubblegum, floral, earth, and yeast esters. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity. Taste of lemon, orange zest, coriander, wheat, clove, bread, floral, pepper, light bubblegum, earth, and yeast spiciness. Lingering notes of citrus, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, light bubblegum, earth, and yeast spices on the finish for a bit. Very nice balance and complexity of flavors; with a nice malt/spice balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. A touch watery, but its not too bad. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with almost zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very good witbier. Nice flavor balance and complexity; and extremely smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Poured from draft at Revolution brewery. Yellowish with white head. Lemon aroma and taste. Amooth and drinkable. Usually don't like this style but pretty good

Draft to taster. Looks good; a cloudy peach with white lacing. Smells of dough, citrus, coriander, and Belgian yeast. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. A good example of the style.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Can @ home, thanks to TheAlum. Pours a hazy, somewhat cloudy, yellow appearance with a bubbly, off white head. Fairly spicy yeasty, sweet wheat, light lemon/orange citrusy, coriander, straw aroma. Very refreshing, somewhat dry wheat, lemon, spicy yeasty flavor. Very easy to drink and a fine witbier. I would love to get blasted on this shit.
