Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

Strong lemon aroma. Nice lemon flavor up front. Good wheat flavor. Solid white, but body is a little thin to make it stand out from some other good ones.

12oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a mostly clear palecaramel gold with minimal head. Aroma of corriander and spice with some light citrus. Taste is light sweet. Follows aroma with the addition of some dark wheat and more citrus with a little clove. Light bodied with a slightly sticky texture. Very lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, good. Another great beer from revbrew.

Canned. Hazy oranged-yellow with a small yet bright-white head that leaves thin lacing. Aroma is a tad light for a wit, though it still contains the standard components of lemon peel, coriander, orange zest, mild pepper spice and moderate banana sendoff. Mildly sweet, very slightly sour flavor with a dried wheat and straw finish. Banana phenols grow more pronounced as the beer warms.

Draft at Igby’s in Cincinnati. Pours a hazed pale yellow color with a finger of soft, bone white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, coriander, orange peel, dough, and banana. The flavor has a bit of lemon tartness, apricot, orange peel, coriander, wheat, and chalky dough at the end. Light-bodied, with soft carbonation and a wheaty mouthfeel. Good witbier.

cloudy yellow with a big white head. Lots of Coriander seed in this one. Spicey with some strong wheat and citrus notes. Lighter, refreshing finish. Not bad at all.

short volatile aroma. fairly clear, some sediment from bottom of can. yes, witlike in some aspects but probably is more in line with a mild wheat ale. overall a fairly smooth beer experience. decent sizzle. dull finsih. went down easy.

Pours hazy yellow with a short, off-white head. Aroma is zesty lemon, wheat, spice. Taste is orange peel, wheat, clove. Nice example, just not a thriller.
