COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

Canned. Hazy oranged-yellow with a small yet bright-white head that leaves thin lacing. Aroma is a tad light for a wit, though it still contains the standard components of lemon peel, coriander, orange zest, mild pepper spice and moderate banana sendoff. Mildly sweet, very slightly sour flavor with a dried wheat and straw finish. Banana phenols grow more pronounced as the beer warms.

Had on tap at The Green Eye in Chicago. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thick head. Aroma is yeasty and wheaty. Some citrus also, mainly grapefruit. Very nice refreshing beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A little bit heavy wit. Coriander, spice, orange, and wheat all present, but it just felt a little too much for me for some reason.

Pours slightly hazy medium yellow, half finger thin white head. Aroma bubblegum and phenolic esters up front, sweet malt slight fruitiness. Taste follows the nose, with bubblegum and phenolic esters, sweet malt, the is a slight balancing bitterness from noble hops, flavor somewhat more subdued than the nose. Mouthfeel thinner side of medium body, medium carbonation, slightly spicy, dry finish. Overall good beer, could be a little more flavorful, but a nice drinking classic wit.

Sampled at the brewpub. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light spices, wheat, light pale malts, and some hints of citrus, and a light bitterness. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not a bad witbier.
