Bright yellow haze. Minimal head. Smells of coriander and oranges. Taste is spicy and cloves. Solid. Very dry finish

Very, very tasty. Pours a gorgeous hazy golden orange, tastes somewhere between a belgian, saison, and APA. Aroma is the weak point, not terribly pleasant. Soft carbonated palate, kind of a Michelob aftertaste... But that just prompts another drink.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, spicy hops and yeast, earthy, lemon zest. Medium body. Flavor has an initial sweetness that dissolves into a nice zesty, spicy, earthy tone. Very enjoyable saison.

Kinda of a hybrid of a Saison and a BSPA. Whatever it is, it was very refreshing and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Hazy yellow with a nice head. The aroma is noble hops, some light spice, and yeast esters. The flavor is similar with with a slightly tart, somewhat sweet finish. Very refreshing, well done.

A very nicely crafted Saison. The popularity of Farmhouse Ale’s are on the rise.

22oz bottle. Clear golden color. Thin white head, dots of lace. Really nice fruity estery nose. Nice lemon peel, orange peel, spice (clove). Zesty, estery, kind of savory taste. Slightly bigger body, smooth lighter carbonation. Some interesting lemony tartness. Mild floral hops. I wanted to be skeptical, but I can’t help but dig it. Spiciness impedes drinkability slightly, but this is still a really nice American saison.

This poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was of yeast, light spices, and grassy hops, Flavor was a bit off and plasticy, spicey, and some herbal hop notes. Ok.

Tap at Revolution Brewpub, Chicago - 04/11/12. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin off white head. Nose comprises citrus, herbs, grass, farmy, touch of funk, mint, pepper. Taste pretty much marries nose with a little caramel/toffee. Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation leading to a fruity, bitter/tarte finish. Decent saison.
