UPDATED: OCT 19, 2010 Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of mildly spiced hops and fruit. Light body with flavors of hops, bready malt, sweet fruit and yeast. The finish is sweet spices and fruit with a yeast aftertaste. Decent Saison overall.

Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Loads of fruit in the nose, apples, pears, apricots, some nice yeasty qualities. Flavor is fruity, a bit dry and a great yeasty finish. Good stuff!

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Decent and serviceable though not exceptional saison. This batch weighed in at 8.1%. It hits the style, apple flavour commingles with orange and grapefruit. Lacey, farmhouse aroma.

Bottle @ Danís house, courtesy of Armin. Thanks a bunch! Light golden orange appearance with a white head. Orange, floral, potpourri, a bit spicy, light straw, tasty aroma. Tangy, spicy, lemon/tangerine, a bit spicy yeasty, straw/grassy, very refreshing flavor. Fairly dry. Super easy drinking and fun to drink.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet light grains with a bit of Belgian yeast and light fruits. Flavor is similar with sweet light earthy fruits, sweet grains and a nice Belgian yeast.

22oz bottle. Clear golden color. Thin white head, dots of lace. Really nice fruity estery nose. Nice lemon peel, orange peel, spice (clove). Zesty, estery, kind of savory taste. Slightly bigger body, smooth lighter carbonation. Some interesting lemony tartness. Mild floral hops. I wanted to be skeptical, but I canít help but dig it. Spiciness impedes drinkability slightly, but this is still a really nice American saison.
