22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy deep gold color with 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, orange peel, caramel, light toasted bread, floral, grass, slight pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/floral hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, pineapple, orange peel, caramel, light toasted bread, floral, grass, light pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, light toasted bread, floral, grass, and floral/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and balance of juicy citrus/floral hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, lightly creamy/bready, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around good complexity and balance of juicy citrus/floral hops and moderate bready malt sweetness; and very smooth and fairly crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

High expectations upon sampling a beer from this brewery and I was pleasantly unimpressed. Meaning, I liked it. Sure. But was it a "revolution" of taste? No. Simply no. It had an impressive bottle embodying the true ideation of the intended taste. And it made me smile. That's what it's all about right? Happiness while drinking is ideal. However, there are many things that make you smile and the audience determines the elation factor. Today, the audience smiled upon opening yet failed to extend the exuberant continuation of enjoyment after comparison to others within category. Strong drink ability and favorable after taste. So... I can say that twice if needed since it's Dos osos. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super bright golden orange in color with a bubbly white head, this is pretty clear, almost glassy in appearance. The nose is neat - malty, sweet, and citrusy. More of that neat malty character comes through in the mouth, accompanied by an almost doughy flavor. What a great malt bill! Itís clean, soft, and refreshing. The hops are bright and perfectly balanced, offering a great combination of oily and acidic flavors. It ends with an addictive, slightly bitter, tropical finish that hangs at the top of the tongue.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Eataly Chicago, 7/9/14

Aroma: The nose is clean and hoppy, grapefruit/citrus, pine, and floral notes, and some malts
Appearance: A clear golden-orange color with a clean, sheeting white head and average lace
Flavor: The taste of this one is fairly dry and hoppy, mild sweet, clean, and mostly bitter
Palate: Medium body, leans light, easy drinking, not watery at all, clean, smooth, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I was pretty excited to see a collaboration between these two breweries, and I was not disappointed. This is a very nice beer.

Bottle via trade. Nose is slightly floral with some tropical notes and light orange/tangerine/fruitiness. Pour is slightly hazy, orange in color, medium white head that laces well. Taste is a wonderful orange/tangerine hop explosion; as subtle, but not pithy and overpowering bitterness keeps this beer dry and crisp. Slightly sweet but just enough to balance the hop profile. Very enjoyable beer.

Bottle at home with Greg. Pour is clear orange with a small white head and great lacing. Zesty, lemony, tangerine, grassy, orange peel, and crackery malt aroma. Taste is orange peel, grassy, grapefruit, lemons, biscuit, snappy, and resin with a medium bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Really nice as fruity well-balanced IPA.

Nice! Big orange pour. Orange and grapefruit pop out in aroma, along with some onion. Taste is very citrus sweet with a slight bittering at the end. Fine beer.

Wow, so delicious like a big juicy orange exploding on your senses. Pours thick dark orange amber with a big creamy beige head. Aroma brings sweet juicy and spritzy oranges. Flavor brings delicious citrus oranges with subtle zest under the sweet fruit flavor with almost no bitterness which is so smooth on the palate.

An almost clear bright light golden with a white head that dissipates rather quickly and leaves decent lacing. Chivey and onion scents hit my nose first with citrus and floral aromas following close behind. Taste is similar with that dank oniony flavor wrapped up in citrus pith and some hints of tropical fruit. Thereís a ribbon of caramel thatís quickly overcome by the floral and earthy flavors and a moderate bitterness. Finishes mildly bitter and nicely dry. Mouthfeel is crisp and bright with a light/medium body and moderate carbonation. Easy drinking with a nice balance of dank, floral, citrus and tropical flavors and a mild bitterness compared to many other IPAs.
