A "Central Coast" style IPA brewed with Firestone Walkerís Dustin Kral. Jim and Dustin used five different hops for a crisp bitterness and two separate dry-hoppings for a distinct floral and citrus bouquet.

Bomber. Dark yellow color with a medium white head that shrinks quickly. Aroma is earthy, slightly grassy. Taste is earthy and grassy as well, with citrus pith, a mild and pleasant astringency and a balanced sweet background. This really doesnít look like a highly-carbonated beer, but mouthfeel says it is, which is a little odd, and detracts a bit from it. Still, an excellent, albeit pricey, IPA. Then again, itís a collaboration with Firestone Walker, so itís cred proceeds it, thus the price tag.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2014 Clear golden-yellow with a thin head. Strong pine/hops aroma with some orange peel. Taste much the same; quite dry and bitter, not much malt either. Surprisingly fizzy palate. Itís decent if unexceptional.

Tap at FWIBF. Pours a golden orange with big white head. Aroma is pineapple, dank hops, slight malty fruity bubble gum. Taste is very west coast (central coast) hop forward drink with mango, pineapple and just the right amount of bitterness.

Poured from a bomber into a Revolution pint glass a yellow lemon with a nice white head. Aroma is pretty grassy yet flavor quite sweeter than the aroma thinking pineapple here. Settles nicely on the tongue.

Aroma is grass straw and grapefruit. Appearance clear amber yellow with a one finger white head. Taste is slightly sweet grass and hops. Palate is great going down very smooth. A great summer or all around IPA.

Not satisfied with this particular brew--not even sure why! Itís down-the-middle uninteresting to me. Dos Osos has a little bit of a bitter bite, but I donít like where it hits. This thing is too smooth and zesty. Hell, Iím not sure why it doesnít get a pass from me, but it just doesnít. Serving: 22oz bomber.

Highly underrated. Super citruscy and floral. Smells like orange and has a nice bitter finish. Pours yellow and had out if a bomber at home ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has has a nice combination of grass and grapefruit with a grain and bread backbone. Flavor has more grass and light pine with a hint of grapefruit and an earthy grain backbone.
