A "Central Coast" style IPA brewed with Firestone Walker’s Dustin Kral. Jim and Dustin used five different hops for a crisp bitterness and two separate dry-hoppings for a distinct floral and citrus bouquet.

Bomber from DiCarlo Arminetti shared with ck1 on the Desert IPA-land tasting day. Pours a pale orangey yellow with a rapidly disappearing head. Aroma has pine, citrus and fresh fruit, with herbs. Lovely. Taste is of bitter grapefruit, spicy pine, some herbal and some faint caramel, waaaay back. Medium bodied and sticky. Very one-dimensional hoppy, but who needs malt anyway . ck1 says 15 also.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have orange citrus, herbal notes, grass, toasted malts, caramel and additional fruit. Not quite as fruity as a west coast, but this is pretty good nonetheless.

Clear, deep golden-orange body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Grapefruit, citrus, a little floral and a dash of pine mixed with light pale malts. Medium bodied, gentle carbonations, pleasant and delicate bitterness for the intensity of flavor.

On tap at FWIBF. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are of citrus zest and tropical fruit, medium malt character. Flavors are floral, dry, grainy, medium tropical fruit. Lightly bitter, medium to low bodied, pretty east to drink. Lightly dank.

On tap and dispensed to a Czech-pils glass at Lunar Brewing Co., showing a clear, golden color, with average persistence to the decent layer of white head foam, and a more lasting nature to the patchy lacing. The aroma was an expressive nose starting with light pine, then continuing with grapefruit, sweetness, and a bit of bready malt. Medium bodied, with lively enough carbonation, hop bitterness that was moderate, lingering, with some earthiness, rind, and dryness, and good malt backing. A well rounded, basically flavorful, nicely quaffable IPA.

Kicking ipa. I say piney more so than citrusy. Great beer... Nice bitterness. Could be a hair smoother but has everything an ipa needs starting with a great aroma. Rev does beer well. F walker too ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
