A "Central Coast" style IPA brewed with Firestone Walker’s Dustin Kral. Jim and Dustin used five different hops for a crisp bitterness and two separate dry-hoppings for a distinct floral and citrus bouquet.

On tap @ Revolution. Orange pour with a nice haze and some white head. Big time grapefruit, pineapple, and pine hop aromas. Some caramel, a bit of grass, and a nice hint of tangerine. Flavor is pleasantly bitter, though a touch sweet. Caramel and bready malt, good pine and grapefruit. Lots of pineapple, too.

Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus and floral hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew that surpassed my expectations.

A golden IPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a sweet caramel with light floral hops, piney character, quite nice. In mouth, a crisp caramel malt with classic floral c-hops, light butterscotch, smooth and caramelly. On tap at brewpub, May 21 2012.

Drqft at source. Def a dry west coaster mixed with a maltier ipa. Floral aroma citrus dominates flavor. Malt takes the backseat. Slight daank.

Gold pour, white head. Aroma hits with grassy hop notes up front, some light resin and citrus hops as well. Very floral in the nose and that carries through to the flavor. I get a lot of earthy/floral hops with just enough big citrus bitterness to make this a winner.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has has a nice combination of grass and grapefruit with a grain and bread backbone. Flavor has more grass and light pine with a hint of grapefruit and an earthy grain backbone.

Tap at Revolution brewpub location. Clear golden pour with poofy white foam. Big lace. Candied lemon nose with something fishy almost like fermented herring. Taste is tangy, sharper, harsher lemon and candied/stickier citrus. Bizarre.

22oz bottle, shared by b3shine. Bottled May/23/13. Clear orange color. Thin white head. Decent spread of lace, after some swishing. Wow, great big potent hop aroma. Big citrus, grapefruit. Light pine. Some grassiness in the flavor, citrus zest. Medium to bigger body. Crisp, lighter carbonation. Tropical fruit, some berries in that hop profile. Zesty light sweet taste, moderate bitter. Light biscuity malt, minimal caramel malt. Outstanding IPA. For sure, best IPA I’ve tried from Revolution yet

22 oz. bottle shared by b3shine- thanks again, Beau! Pours a clear gold color with no head. A little flat looking out of the bottle. Nice, complex hop aroma: floral, piney, citrusy, and herbal, with a moderate pale and sweet malt backbone. Flavor follows suit. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a mouthfeel that suggests citrusy bitterness. Good summer IPA.
