This IPA shoots a raygun blast of Galaxy and Zythos hops into your mouth and leaves a crisp, dry finish.

Pours a clear, darker golden with an average white head. Aroma is what you would usually expect from this style. There is a good blend of pine, grapefruit, and pineapple. I do find a bit of caramel notes in here as well. The taste is dry and bitter. I get some pine, but more fruity flavors. Grapefruit, mango, and orange, melon, perhaps a bit of kiwi as well. Aftertaste is pine, melon, and mango. Medium bodied, sticky in texture, and lots of lively carbonation. I find this crisp and refreshing. Easy to drink, with all of the IPA goodness without the crippling punch. I’m impressed with this one.

With Z, pours a light orange pour with a nice foamy white head. Nose is deep pine and resin, with lighter citrus. Taste has more citrus, predominantly lemon with lighter pine and citrus and a smooth bitter sweet finish. A very delicious, flavorful and drinkable IPA. Quaff Score 8 / 10

Bomber. Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head and sweet, fruity, tropical aroma. Taste is bittersweet, citrus and tropical fruit flavors throughout with hops, grapefruit, and pine into the bitter, dry finish. Very drinkable IPA

On tap at Firkin, Golden orange pour with foamy white head. Lots of fresh tropical fruit in the nose, with citrus. Faint malts later. Taste is sweet and fruity. Some toffee. Finishes bitter and sweet. Solid and tasty but not their best "hero". 14.5

Revolution Brewing brew pub, Chicago, draft. Small head, no lacing. Dark gold. Faint aroma. Bitter and dry and fairly hoppy. Like an IPA light. Pretty good, but not extraordinary. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared at Hamilton during Reunion 2014 late at night when everybody was pretty weary. From scattered notes...This is a good IPA, with lots of juicy citrus and piney elements, some tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely hoppy finish with enough balancing sweetness, more juicy and citrusy hops, mellow bitterness. Solid.

Bottled. Clear orange-amber with a smallish white head. Strong hop nose is a mix of fruity peach and nectarine and piney, sticky spruce. Mild-to-moderate bitterness with some mild, stone fruit sweetness to balance it out. Rather quaffable, somewhat subdued. Finely carbonated, slick in texture.
