Batch #100 is one seriously hoppy triple pale ale! A beautiful burnt orange hue and a underlying caramel flavor to balance out the hop bitterness. Aromas of fresh cut tangerines and mango from citra and simcoe hops. The rest is up to your imagination.

On tap at Revolution Brewery. Deep copper/orange with a creamy tan head. Very intense caramel and fruity hop aroma with a heavy resin feel. Robust bodied with moderate carbonation. Pleasant fruity sweetness, but its all about the bitterness. Very dry and astringent, with a heavy malt backbone to go with the tremendous hoppiness of this beer. Astounding complexity and character, a world class IPA.

old rate. This one was just off, super super boozy and malty, no hop essence.

Gold slightly orange pour. Slight citrius, orange tangerine hops. Does not taste as strong as it claims.

Tap flight at the brewery. Reddish amber colored pour. Thick egg shell ring with bubvles the size of tapioca for a head. Very hoppy aroma. Earthy, tropical fruit hops. Taste is big and hoppy, even hoppier than the nose would indicate. Excellent lace on the glass. Taste is kerosene, juicy tropical fruits, and honeydew. Sweet malt holds it together. Itís syrupy but not cloying. The sweetness fades and the hops take over to give he finish an herbal and aromatic quality. Some heat but for the most part this beer drinks smaller than its ABV. Pretty balanced all things considered.

Deep red pour. Clear with a thin head. Big sweet aroma. Caramel and citrus. Huge mouth with huge caramel notes. Lingering citrus and grapefruit. Lots of lace. Alcohol is hidden well.

On tap at Logan Square brewpub. Malty sweet and a fair amount of German hop bitterness. Too hoppy for my taste, especially for a supposed tripel.

Tasted on tap at Revolution. It was a dark orange with a frothy white head. A subtle but delicious aroma of citrus hop. A bold yet smooth taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had it on tap at Revolution Brewery. Poured a rich clear amber hue with a light head. Very hoppy sweet with a bitter finish and an aroma that tickles the nose.

On tap at Revolution...A dark clear copper pour with some nice tope head, ok retention but good lacing...Good god this smells awesome!!! A floral/grassy mixture on the front, but a great sweet base of caramel with hops, a little alcohol, reminds me of a light sweet dipa...The taste is equally outstanding its grassy almost like a daisy cutter but the sweetness brings so much to the table and makes it so drinkable. Hops are more an accent and present bitterly on the finish. No alcohol at all on nose or taste, insanely drinkable at 9.6%. This is awesome and you should rush to get some.
