Pour is orange copper with a slight haze. Nose is nice with pine, citrus, mango and toast. Taste has good bitterness though not overwhelming. Beer has good malt balance with nice floral, pine and citrus rind notes. Mouthfeel is medium.

Refrigerated brown bomber, free beer won during free beer week from tooch4321, poured into a snifter. Pours nice clear deep golden (light orange) with very small white head, and little lacing. Medium body, low carbonation, and slightly syrupy texture. Taste is floral, spicy hop, some rye, and finish is grapefruit.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy copper with a white head of foam. Aroma is definitively rye and herbal hop notes. Taste is spicy rye and herbal bitterness. Drying finish.

22 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a clear golden to light amber color with a small white head. The aroma has tangerine, citrus, mild spicy rye, with some lightly toasted caramel. The flavor has citrus favoring tangerine, spicy rye, some sweetness, lightly toasted bread, and a splash of caramel.

Bottle @ a recent bottle share... Poured dark orange. A nice spicy rye, bitter hoppy IPA. Floral and earthy with citrus and a bready malty balance.

S: Big orange, bitter graptefruit, slight lemon zest - very nice
T: Much more bitter than sweet - citrus, earthy rye spice, slight biscuit. Very dry

Draft to pint. Looks solid; a transparent tangerine with sticky off-white lacing. Smells and tastes of hops, pale malt, and spice with a nice rye flavor and tingle. A good example of the style.

Okay, so that’s out of the way... this is a bomber, pours clear, a lighter shade of amber, thin white head that disappeared faster than punk rock after heroin became the drug of choice... nose is candied orange, a hint of pine, malt (average). Mouth is surprisingly bigger than the nose -- medium bodied, hoppy pine bitterness up front mingled with some malt, rye spiciness, bready notes, then a whole lot of bitterness that lingers and fades out with a subtle oakiness. Drinkable, but I don’t think Gregg Ginn and Chuck Dukowski would approve. ;-)

Solid RPA. Citrus hops are prominent with a gritty spice rye flavor, mouthfeel is moderate and slightly slick. medium carbonation. grapefruit on the finish especially.

22oz bottle, shared by tmoney99. Clear tangerine orange color. Thin off-white head. Little lace. Good citrusy hop nose. some grapefruit citrus hops. Lightly spicy hop. Zesty, light bitter taste. Rye is in check, not too big, well blended. Nothing too exciting, but a solid rye IPA.
