Tasty brewski from Revolution. Clear light amber color with a light head. Whisper of a hop smell with a tangy hop rye taste.

Bottle dated Jan 7 2013, received Aug 2013:   Didn’t realize the date codes until now.   Straw in color, a bit dark, orangish, minor haze, thin to moderate frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft floral aroma, a touch of rye, some citrus peel and pith, slightly candied, along with pixie stix.   Guessing because of its age, the pixie stix is emerging.   Smooth citrusy start, a touch floral, has that candied citrus peel I got on the nose.   Smooth, rye appears in the background.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Finishes smooth, yet with some punch.   Despite its age, its still holding together fairly well.   Thanks Kevin!

Bomber. Pours a rich golden amber with a thick off white head. Aroma of citrus, spicy rye, some pine and rye bread notes. Definite floral and touches of resinous notes. Flavor is bitter, spicy, nice slight sweetness from the rye and malts. Dry, medium bodied, above average carbonation. Quite crisp and bitter in the finish. This is nice.

(bottle - 22 oz) Amber pour with a lot of white foam. Citrus aroma with some flowery hops after it. Flavor is a lot of citrus rather than bitter hops, which I enjoy. The hops balance out the sweet malts. Couldn’t taste a lot of rye in it, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Nice amber with pretty persistent pillowy head. Mostly citrus (orange) hops on nose, with some floral hops and earthy rye. Lots of orange, sweet malt, but hops balance it well. Full bodied. Maltier sweeter IPA, not a hop-monster. Really enjoyable.

Pour is orange copper with a slight haze. Nose is nice with pine, citrus, mango and toast. Taste has good bitterness though not overwhelming. Beer has good malt balance with nice floral, pine and citrus rind notes. Mouthfeel is medium. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
