This one gets points from me for being unique in that it added a nice twist with the blood orange. The citrus is what stood out in the aroma. The color was a cloudy yellow that fit the style and was almost like a witbier. The wheat character was present in the overall taste of the beer but again the sharp citrus that’s part of the blood orange was upfront. It was almost like a hop essence. Honey was there but came up later. Medium to light weight on the palate. It went well with chili.

Sample at Ginger Man Dallas. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Florals and oranges in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrus, spices, honey and wheat. The finish is spiced oranges and herbal wheat. Decent overall.

Poured a murky yellow color and a thin white top. Sweet honey, zesty, spice, and orange. High carbonation, medium-high body. Great wheat beer.

On tap poured a milky orange hue w/ minimal white head. Mild fruity aroma. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are orange, clove, honey, and yeast. Medium bodied and watery mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft. Pours a slightly hazey golden blonde. Small quickly fading head. Mild almost non existant aroma. Wheat in the forefront. With honey and orange notes. No bubblegum or clove flavor to speak of. Clean mouthfeel.

Sampled at the 2014 Untapped Festival in Fort Worth. Pours a cloudy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus, with honey and a bit of wheat backing. Flavor has a lot of wheat and lemon with some sweet citrus and a touch of honey backing.

Good but lacks depth. Easy drinking and a new classic here in Texas. My go to when I want something with good flavor but without the big hops or high alcohol

Bottle at steakhouse in Texas. Pours a hazy orange body with light white lacing. Aroma is light wheat, citrus (oranges) and sweet honey. Mouthfeel is light and smooth with notes of sweet honey, citrus juice and light wheat. Pretty easy drinking wheat ale.

Delicious wheat beer courtesy my Secret Santa. Thanks man! Wow this beer was a huge surprise.Aroma was good. wheaty tang with a strong lemon tone. Pour was a perfect light gold/yellow with a one finger white head and lot of sediment! Taste was very unique. Strong lemon flavor with a very tart wheat taste. Close to being sour. The blood orange is there, but an afterthought. The sour flavor came out more as it warmed. Medium carbonation round the beer out. Very nice!

Hazy yellow gold color with a short lived white head. Spicy sweet nose with orange peel. Lots of orange juice, orange peel, coriander and spice, cinnamon toast and honey flavors. Very flavorful for a wheat ale.
