On tap. Comes reddish brown with a small off-white head. Mild aroma of fruit, malt, and grain. Taste is caramel malt, grain, and dark fruit. Smooth and enjoyable.

On tap at Square Burger. Pourd a dedp red mahogany with a large tan head leaving some good lacinv down the sides. Tge aromas are dark fruit, dough. The mouthfeel is bready, watery and has a medium body with good carbonation. Cheers!

Deep brown body with some tan head. Very straightforward brew - earthy, grains, caramel. Nice to see a TX brewery making an actual bock (looking at you, Shiner).

Draft at Flying Saucer The bock poured a clear ruby amber with a small head and some lacing. The aroma was light with some sweet malt on the nose. The taste was of molasses with some prunes and raisins. The body was medium with average carbonation. Smooth
finish with deceptive ABV.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dark amber to copper color. Brilliant. Foamy beige head. Aroma is grainy, very grainy. Small earthy tones. Flavor is dry, semi-sweet with some metallic finishings. Medium bodied. Light bitter finish. Refreshing.
