COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Caramel and toffee notes bring a full and satisfying body to this classic style. Northern Brewer and Willamette hops balance the sweetness of the malt.

On tap. Deep brown body with some tan head. Very straightforward brew - earthy, grains, caramel. Nice to see a TX brewery making an actual bock (looking at you, Shiner).

Draft at Flying Saucer The bock poured a clear ruby amber with a small head and some lacing. The aroma was light with some sweet malt on the nose. The taste was of molasses with some prunes and raisins. The body was medium with average carbonation. Smooth finish with deceptive ABV.
