COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American Blonde Ale
A smooth and drinkable blonde ale brewed with the palest pilsner malt and select caramel malts. The flavor is malty without being heavy. The beer is finished with Saphir hops from Germany.

Deep golden hue. Tight white head that leaves lace on the glass in a blanket-like fashion. Aroma is very bready as is the flavor. A potent blonde.

Draft at the ranch. Light pour slight aroma of grain and malt. Nice palate for the style. Taste had almost a creaminess to it. Slight syrup sweet with with slight hops. These guys are 3 for 3 in my book!

Rated at Big Texas Beer Fest, April 2013 - Gold in color with an average sized white head. Aroma is of sweet grains and honey. Taste is of grain, malt and light caramel with a hint of grassy hops.

Cloudy amber pour with a nice white head and good lacing. Sweet grainy aroma with some hints of citrus. Taste is the same with some added spice. Medium body. Syrupy sweet.

Draught. The look is clear, and golden in color, it also has an off white head. The smell is malt, hops, malts, and eh. the taste is about the same as the smell ok but boring.
