American Blonde Ale
A smooth and drinkable blonde ale brewed with the palest pilsner malt and select caramel malts. The flavor is malty without being heavy. The beer is finished with Saphir hops from Germany.

Poured a deep golden yellow with a wispy yet sustaining head. Good malt presence, but for the style, I might like a bit more hotness related to a higher abv.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with white head. Aroma has notes of citrus, earth. Flavor is much the same with hints of cracked pepper and a nice malt back bone. Light mouth feel with high carbonation. Overall, I really enjoyed this!

Had as High Brass. A good entry, but not excellent. I’m sure the brewery will do well and they are just getting started.

On tap as High Brass Ale. The beer pours a yellow-gold color with a white head. The aroma is full of grain with some lemon notes. The flavor is similar, with some grain and toffee character, as well as some citrus notes - mainly lemons and oranges. Low to no bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Gold/yellow with a white head. Nose is bright hops, fruity malts, citrus, earth, and light spice. Smooth on the palate, faintly bitter, fruity malts, grainy, nice finish.

On tap @ Taste of Dallas 2012. Clear golden amber, slight white head. Aromas of fruit, grain, and an odd sweetness. Flavors of toasted malt and burnt grain.

(draught) clearish medium gold, soapy white edge bubbles. Nose of garbage, Light fruit, banana. Taste of umami, dry grain, watery, bit of toasty grain, not great. Palate finish is terrible.
