Had as High Brass. A good entry, but not excellent. Im sure the brewery will do well and they are just getting started.

Bitter weird aroma. The start has a freshness and lemon zest finish. It ends with a lingering aftertast.

Thanks to crajun for the trade. Pours gold with a tall, fluffy white head. Light fruity aroma. The flavor is simple, light sweetness. Not much hop flavor or aroma.

Golden color out of the bottle with a short lived white head. Light biscuit and citrus nose. Light, crisp beer with some honey sweetness, cracker maltiness faint berry fruitiness and a lemon cookie finish. Very nice flavorful blonde ale.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained white head, over a slightly hazy, gold (SRM 5) body....nose is light malts, hints of cereal, toast, mild herbal hops, no esters, balance to the malts.....taste is malt forward, with cereal, biscuit, hints of sweetness initially, becoming dry, light herbal hop bitterness on the finish, balance to the malts......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, light acid, fizzy carbonation. This falls into the style reasonably well. It could use a bit more malt character, and hop bitterness, but is a fair attempt. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6

Slightly hazy gold brew with thin head. Smells of sweet bread. Taste is a bit like cream soda with a touch of citrus. Pretty good brew but the higher price tag makes this one go in the one time only catagory.

Clear blonde hue with not much of a white head. Lovely pilsener and cracker malt nose with a drying toast malt. Good flavor of pilsener malt and cracker-graininess with a leafy hoppy undertone. Very biscuity but not lagerish.

Deep golden hue. Tight white head that leaves lace on the glass in a blanket-like fashion. Aroma is very bready as is the flavor. A potent blonde.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2014 Re rate. Bottle. 09/15. Dropped from 3.5..........Draft at the ranch. Light pour slight aroma of grain and malt. Nice palate for the style. Taste had almost a creaminess to it. Slight syrup sweet with with slight hops. These guys are 3 for 3 in my book!
