Slightly scruffy fruit aroma, apple, clammy straw, a spicy note. Fruity and spicy taste, apple, citrus, a hot spicy prickling note, some dry hop also. Remember The more creamy palate I remember from a previous tasting seems to be gone sadly.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast, fruit, spices and banana. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, wheat, banana, medium sweet, over carbonated, spices and a little bitter.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, caramel and hops. A little too carbonated.

500ml bottle. Aroma is caramel-ish and sweet, lots of yeast. Appearance is cloudy dark orange with a huge white foam. Beautiful. Taste is sour and sweet. Has a very long, sweet, sour finish with a very nice mouth feel. Overall a superb Weizenbock. Loved it.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass fine turbid, nice head. Starts strong, fine yeasty, not too dry. Fruity hints of banana. Not as moldy as some other weizenbocks. Quite drinkable. Good.

Cloudy to hazy orangey golden colour with big creamy anf fluffy off-white head. Caramel sweetness, apple sourness, wheat and yeast in aroma.
Flavour is interesting mixture of caramel sweetness, yeast and some fruity tartness. Not necessarily delicious but interesting. No alcohol. Banana and wheat also present. Sweetness stays. Smooth and drinkable.

bottle, picked up at pivoteka in pilsen and enjoyed at mowbeer’s 29th birthday commiserations. quite a murky light shade of amber with a reluctant head; plenty of hubba bubba in the aroma; lavender cheesecake flavours, very sweet, even for a weizenbock, but somehow agreed with me
