4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, 2016 vintage bottling. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy deep orange/amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, lemon/orange zest, light pine, honey, light caramel/spicy rye, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, lemon/orange zest, light pine, honey, light caramel/spicy rye, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, lemon/orange peel, honey, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is an excellent DIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A really delicious offering.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a light copper colour with a fluffy white head that left thin lace. Aroma is sweet bready malts and tropical fruits accompanied by bright citrus and herbal hops. Flavor is mango and peach with a moderate grassy hop bitterness that provides perfect balance.
Medium bodied with a slightly chewy mouthfeel. Surprised how a strong DIPA can be so sweet and drinkable. Just a great brew.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a bomber. Pours a dark yellow/light copper color with minimal head and almost no lacing. Aroma of papaya, citrus hops, slight nail polish, grass, and malt. Taste is the dull light fruits like melons and papaya, slight bitterness, and grainy malt. Light body. Fairly easy drinking. Average to above average DIPA. For the price, better options.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Sampled at GABF 2015. in the tasting glass a copper orange color with a white head. The nose on this is powerful with a lot of tropical fruit and and can get mango, pineapple, and stone fruit. Some citrus as well. Medium body with a resinous mouth feel. . The flavor is dominated by the fruit and now stone fruit is in front with lots of either peach or apricot. This finishes with perfect citrus bitterness making this delicious and easy to drink for a DIPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
650 ml bottle
A polished imperial IPA bites bite like the angry feline in the name. In a crowded market it might not even be the best imperial IPA available in Cincinnati but donít let that fool you - if you can find a fresh bomber then youíll have a good time comparing it to those from Mad Tree, Fifty West, and whatever happens to be on at Party Source.
Aroma / Appearance - A transparent orange body glows with an inner warmth like backlit bronze pennies. Crisp white head brightly crowns the glass. Bright citrus, assertive grassy hops, and splashes of tropical fruits sprinkle the air with little pockets of hoppiness.
Flavor / Palate - Chewy citrus and polished pennies open with a strong first impression. Next comes the florally bitterness blended with fruity mango. From start to finish nothing feels out of place. While it lacks the staying power of the biggest and best imperial IPAs this gets the job done. Of the many breweries in the area these guys seem well positioned to survive any bubble.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Amber colored beer out of the bomber with a big, sticky off white head. Restrained pine and citrus hop noes. This is actually a pretty subtle IIPA, if there is such a thing. Caramel sweetness with lots of bread crust, balanced with pine, apricot, bitter orange, red grapefruit and a bit of tropical fruit hoppiness. The alcohol is well hidden. Long pine needle finish.

22 oz bottle purchased at jungle jimís eastgate. Rhinegeist Saber Tooth Tiger is a hazy apricot amber brew with a thick head of tan bubbles. Nose is mild pine hops with some nice malt sweetness. The taste is a nice restained pine needle hop that is strong but doesnít beat you about the head with in your face bitterness. there is a decent sweetness towards the middle to the end. the body is lively but also fluid. A very nicely balanced IPA. The branding is also very sweet. matte black on dark bottle with glossy silver lettering and tiger skull.
