Intensely hopped dry IPA with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. We hop this at a rate of 3 lbs./bbl to rev up peach, mango, and passion fruit notes.

Can courtesy of phaleslu. Pours a clear medium orange amber. Medium frothy creamy white head, mostly lasting with some nice lace. A condensed nose opens up to lots of flavor. Fruity and earthy. Pine. Lighter body. Smooth, really smooth. Great balance. Soft. Really nice. Light bitterness and moderate dryness. Just right sweetness to balance the hoppiness. Great beer.

Can. Orange pour with off white head. Smell is sweet citrus and equals amouts of malts. Smell leans towards the candy virus hops which I tend to like. Taste is citrus, floral, some tropical, sweet malty. Quite nice.

Pours a clean medium golden color with a finger of white foam. Nice clean hop forward IPA with light tropic fruit, pine and a fresh floral grassy bitterness that is present but not overly abrasive. There is a touch of toasted honey malt that provides a nice backdrop for the hops but has a moment of sweetness midpalate. Solid offering !

Can from free beer week win from Peter. Thanks! Pours dark copper colored with a slightly off white half finger head. Piney grapefruit aroma with a rather present malt backbone. Dank flavors with raw hops, some light caramel flavors, dry grapefruit and pine. Interesting! Dank, juicy and resinous up front, with an interestingly dry lingering feel on the palate. Medium carbonation, medium plus mouthfeel. Neat brew.

(Thanks Peter "phaleslu") Can. A- Tropical citrus, herbal, spruce. A- Dark orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Bitter, citrus, floral. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Great fresh IPA. The citrus notes are great but donít define this beer. The floral and herbal notes balance it out well to make it feel complex and not just one sided. So many things going right for this beer. The only thing I donít particularly care for is that the mouthfeel seems a little thin.

Draft. Orange malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet earthy tangerine malt and moderately bitter pine/orange peel flavor. Very nice.

For an IPA made far from Southern Cali, this is like a lot of Southern Cali beers. Itís hoppy, unoriginal and watery. The alcohol percentage is higher than many similar beers, giving it a kick for kids who want to get trashed without the flavor of a real high end ale. Finally, there is a slightly garlic like quality about the beer, probably from hops. I donít have any yeast character or strong malt character.
