Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hay and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and a bit of malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear pale yellow with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is straw, grain and sweat. Dry and grassy flavor with hints of svovl. Very raw and rough. Medium to thin palate.

Bottle, 5.1%. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. Mildly sweet note. Good bitterness to balance. A bit on the sweet side, but clean enough.

Bottle, shared by fonefan. It’s a clear, pale golden beer with a white head. There’s some solvent notes to the aroma, but it’s mostly apples and grains. Grainy, fruity flavor too, with a nice bitterness. Medium body and a fruity, bitter finish. Not a very well-crafted beer I think. Especially the aroma isn’t very good, but not awful. Decent flavor though. 090821

Clear golden with a medium white head. Malty aroma with caramel and hints of cardboard. Flavour was sweet with caramel and malty notes. Grassy hops towards the end gave it a bitter finish.
