COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Koelschtrinker (10475) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011
11/10/8/8/10/9

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and bread as well as a bit of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and caramel, as well as lighter notes of citrus and yeast, leading to an astringent finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 5.2%. Mildly sweet aroma, perhaps a little banana. Hazy dark brown colour. Big stable light brown head. The flavour is a little roasted, has a bit of plastic, but not horribly much. Hint of sweetness.
