1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Slight skunk when bottle opened. Aroma of pale malt (skunk all gone). Pale gold color with ringed white head. Sweet pale malt, and no hint of corn. Not much bitter in the finish either. Decent for a pale lager. Way better than Bud.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear bottle, blue painted label. Pale straw colour, skunky-hop aroma like a euro-lager. Clean palate, grainy. A step above average.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Barely enough color here to call it yellow, but there is a decent head. Interesting aroma ... starchy, sure, but also a fruity aspect thatís unexpected. Similarly, the flavor is surprisingly full for such a light colored beer. Thereís the familiar cheap import grainy malt, but also a hint of what is almost a peppery bite. A lime would actually go pretty well with this. This is a champ compared to the other normally crappy south of the border selections.

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
This Premium lager pours a fizzy yellow beer color from a 12oz clear bottle. Small sized, quickly disappearing, white colored foamy head. Aroma is cereal, corn and a touch of skunk. Light to medium bodied Pale Lager. Malts are cereal and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Thin and watery, this Premium beer has that distinctive skunky flavor of a beer stored in a clear glass bottle. Beyond that itís a pretty typical Pale Lager. Fizzy yellow beer, enough said? Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is skunky and slightly bitter

12oz Bottle Ė Trader Joes Ė Tacoma, WA
Was a light lager with huge skunk aroma and the flavor was not that bad. I am sure it was affine beer the clear glass makes it light struck easy. If I was in El Salvador and needed a beer I would order this.

Bottle at Carlyleís. Very watery and sour. Not too good. It had a very citrusy taste and not little kick at the end. Carlyle said add lemon.

(12 oz bottle) Another light, watery, mediocre lager from Latin America, this time from El Salvador; The only significant flavor is corn, and itís quite sweet, with no hops to speak of; The mouthfeel is light, thin, watery and very carbonated; Sweetish nose; Very pale yellow in color; Sizeable whie head is kept alive by a profuse supply of carbonation bubbles, and surprisingly, there is actually a bit of lacing going on; Itís not the worst Central American beer Iíve had, but there are better ones for sure
